you know reading the LA times homes section where they list the hollywood stars selling malibu homes and such.

gets you thinking, damn to be able to afford 6 million dollar 2 bedrm houses.. and buy 20-40 million dollar estates.. that doesn't just take "money or rich" that takes having "F-U Money"..

same thing can be said with nyc apartments and penthouses etc.. its really unfathomable that there are that many people that really make not just Millions a year, but literally 10s and 100s of millions a year to afford those places.

but what i will say is taht those malibu homes are some of the most beautiful places you can get with a location that is insane.

there's a point where it stops being about how much money you make and becomes more about how much your money can make for you.

yeah that is true, but you need to get to that "level" before your money really starts making "f-u money".

...at what point does it stop being about the money?

When you make the ends meet  ;)
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I think it depends somewhat on where you put them in the first place...

I'd rather count on my friends than count my money.

Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

Money isnt everything of course its not, health is family is - but life in general is always about money, unless you live on a beach in a tent.
Thats a fact.

I was a real estate broker for 6 years in SoHo in NYC.
let me tell you, the prices are INSANE.
I rented an apartment to the actor "stanley tucci"
rent was $25,000 a mo for a loft on Crosby street (actually the bldg was owned by lenny kravitz)
you cant step your foot in Manhattan for anything under 1500 for something decent.
Last deal I did in 2006 was at "the corinthian" bldg built in the 80's - breath taking views of the empire state bldg

900 sf
1 million dollars...

Retarded.
