My poor bike had a rough spring.  About 6 weeks I finally got it back from the shop and it is running like an absolute champion.  They installed my Zards, and PowerCommander, and dyno tuned the crap out of the bike.

I didn't think the bike was worth posting (it isn't done yet...), but my girlfriend said I should show it off.  So, here goes, hopefully it meets the standards of the forum.

The next step of mods are tail chop with an integrated tail light, bar end front turn signals, clip ons, and a new top triple.  After that...who knows.

Don't worry, you will soon find out that you will never really be done modding. Anyhow, nice looking ride.

How'd you get a Power Commander for an S2R1K? I thought they didn't make them for those?

I am not wholly sure, though I can ask the shop.  I believe they ended up using one for the s2r800 and coming up with a custom map.  I also had my ECU remaped to eliminate the O2 sensor.

Thanks.  I love them too.  Originally I had satin black on there, but I'm really loving the gloss black now.

Lookin good!  I have the Zard's and the "no chop" CF tail from Monster Parts.  They look great together.  The "no chop" tail is enough to keep you from getting swamp-butt in the rain, shows a little red frame tubing and with the Zard you get a clean looking carbon fiber tail section all around.

If you could please ask the shop- I'd be very interested!

Thanks, that is precisely why I went with the Zards.  Beautiful wheels and a gorgeous SSS, all to be covered up with a big stainless steel exhaust? I don't think so...

The cover came with the bike when I got it.  The chain and rear sprocket are new AFAM pieces.
