I try not to as well. I was sued by the first two that I was forced to be a part of.
The day I moved in I got a $300 fine because my door was the wrong color. I protested and was told that I had 7 days to change the color to an aproved color. I changed the color per the direction of the board. I then got a $300 fine for changing the color with out the concent/ vote of the board. WTF!

Nah, I'd normally meet you guys, but I need to go home real quick after work (Vienna) and I have to meet someone at 8 pm so I couldn't stay long even if we were at Rhodeside. By the time I even found Olney I'd have to turn around..
