happy birthday, man, best of luck in accomplishing nothing today.  that's what birthday's are for.  if you find yourself on the verge of ticking something off some kind of list, back off, have a pint, and take a walk in the opposite direction.  try not to even accomplish drinking.  too goal oriented.  it should come about more organically, as a byproduct of a lack of imagination and effort.
