From that pic it doesn't look that bad.  What happened?  Did she go wide? gravel?  I'm really glad she is okay and hope it didn't ruin the rest of your trip.

Both actually, but I'll let her recount it.

We had a very enjoyable rest of the trip actually.

Thanks so much for everything

Actually you can only see part of it.

The damage includes:

Bent frame

Punctured tank

Fubared front and rear rims

All three calipers

Ripped wiring harness - WTF?!?!?

Headlight

Cracked right arrow.

Cracked header - WTF?!?!?

She somehow managed to break the welds on the left arrow????

Completely destroyed right rearset

Bent forks

Ripped brake lines

Punctured engine case and clutch cover

And a bunch of other stuff

I'll post pics when I get off the road. No I'm not driving :)

Wow that photo doesn't tell that tale.  I looked and though 'Eh, besides the bar it doesn't look so bad' - but reading that list, man, is good fortune that she came out that well compared to the bike.

Speedy recovery Lu.  The advice about swimming is good stuff.  Once you get a clean check out from the doc, go for a swim or two.  Moving around will hurt at first - but letting stiffness set in is way worse in the long run.

[thumbsup] Here's to your speedy recovery.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Punctured the case?  :o

I can't wait to hear the full story.

And again speedy recoveries to Lu.
