I've got a couple of Duc-y repairs and maintenance issues yet on my bike.  I already took care of the valves/belts yesterday, but there's always more to do... I can help someone do theirs if they want though.

Mebbe you can point out to me what I'm doing wrong while I check Valve clearances. I only did the valves once before...

...and you did them wrong?  (finding TDC is the hardest part, and I nearly screwed that one up the other day!)  After that it's all gravy.   Cool

Back to the most important thing about this gathering of bombastic bastards... the food.

Has there been any semi-formal list of potential eats that will be brought?

My 12 years of tailgating experience has afforded me the opportunity to force people to eat try out many items that normally I wouldn't serve.

My potential items are:
* JalapeƱos stuffed with cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and then wrapped in bacon and grilled (don't stand in the smoke cloud your eyes WILL burn)
* A super simple feta-corn-avocado salad
* Then just some meat of various makes

You're forgetting the tail chop kit...but there'll be enough drunken ingenuity there to piece something together.   laughingdp
