In case anyone is interested, Tivo told me they're playing the Isle of Man TT on HD Theater tonight at 9PM eastern/8PM central.

derby sent me this schedule.


The 2009 IOMTT will air on the Discovery HD theatre channel starting Monday July 6th at 9PM. There will be nine show and there will be a new show every monday for nine weeks. The shows will consist of

Just checked here in california HD Theater (chnl 744 on TimeWarner) Isle of Man at 1800 followed by Bimota on Twist the Throttle at 1900. Schedule repeats at 2100

Thames Valley Communications has it tonight at 2100 Channel 700. It's listed as Isle of Man TT: Practice Session...

I mean, obviously it wouldn't be all fancypants, but is there no way to just record what it is you're playing back on tellie?

Because of DRM there is no way to get even a low resolution version of HD onto a VCR. It may be possible with some kind of hax0r mods to the cable box, but they don't make it easy
