Thats it,its all over..Do i burn it?????  Ok ,this is the problem,I dropped my 05 Monster 1000 Chromo. Not much damaged but smashed the dash completely.Got a new dash from a dealer in the states. It arrived with 15km on it.Its all back together, looking good ,but it now will not recognise the keys & it stays immobilized. The only way i can start it is with the manual override throttle twist system...If i turn the key off for more than 5 seconds ,i have to go through the whole procedure again.....Checked all fuses, wires, plugs & now ive run out of beer,,,HELP ,pretty please,,,,,,,anybody

Is that your original code from the old dash or did you get a new code with the new dash?

New dash with 15km on the clock.....?    ???

How "NEW" is that?

How does it have 15km, and not be previously paired to other keys/ecu?

+1 on the shenanigans.

the gauge has to end up matched to your ECU/keys somehow... can you take your bike to a dealer?
