Well, CL scams rarely include a ph# usually just an email address.  Give him a call if you can exchange funds/bike in person then it is probably legit.  waytogo if he wants a deposit before you can go see the bike then I would lean towards scam.  I would not bring cash.  Best thing is to make the exchange at your bank. If he has a problem with that then run away.

Not really, the market for Hyper's is quite low.  Brand new '08's are $10k, trades are in the $6-$7k range.  If it has no issues, it could be a fair deal.
