If you've ever taken your bike apart to a certain point...

And wondered why it didnt start or looks werid....

1) The neutral light swtich and the Oil pressure switch share the same plug... so your oil pressure is low when your in neutral....

2) Your bike needs the front cylinder to fire to sustain idle.

3) Your bike's coil adapters need to speak to the ECU so they know when to fire.

and.... my tech question...i forgot which plug (left or right) goes into which socket. does it matter? i assume they fire at the same time since its dual spark.


On the sidenote, i adjusted my openers (my closers are a bit loose, but i cant order shims until i get the shim measuring tool) and the bike idles very nicely, and i guess after i do my closers, it'll idle even better!
