I'm looking forward to this one. Schumaker vs. Hamilton should be interesting.

5th scores points, which the Scuderia desperately need.

I'm not expecting Michael to come in and dominate like he used to, but what he will be able to do is race the car, provide valuable feedback on the development of the F60, and get people in the seats and watching at a time when even NASCAR is seeing declining ratings and viewership. When was the last time you saw F1 as a headline on the front page of CNN? Mentioned on Sportscenter? Heck, I even saw it in one of the local news outlets in NC.

I think it's a win-win for everybody - Ferrari, Michael, and F1 in general.

Now, if they could just pry Bernie and Max away from the sport...   laughingdp

Well, as a Finn I have great expectations for Michael Schumacher returning to Ferrari. Although I can't believe he would dominate as he did earlier, but because he was the number one driver when Mika Häkkinen, Mika Salo and  J.J. Lehto just to name few Finnish F1-drivers competed in the nineties.

And do you know who Schumacher said to be he's only true opponent over the years? Yep - Mika Häkkinen who won a championship over him.

So I will be hecticly waiting for this to happen: the "Iceman" with the "Schumi", on the same team. And I don't think Kimi would be shaking, or If so, with ecstasy of the fact that his teen-age idol would be racing with him!

Damn.  Schumacher canceled his comeback.  His neck is too jacked up from his motorcycle crash.  Disappointing.

safety first. Don't need to be driving with a jacked up neck.

My buddy was talking to Scott Dixon a few years ago after he did a F1 test. Apparently when braking into a corner, the G's are so strong that it throws your head down into your lap until you get used to the force and speed. I could only imagine trying to deal with that after having some fractures in the neck.

Well That's too bad. However Ferrari need not worry, because I will be happy to fill in for Massa for the rest of the season.  Grin
