its a long, mostly very boring drive.
done it at least 8 times in my life.
...3 times between 10/07 and 6/08

but i went up through canada the last time, which was at least different, if not more interesting.
I'm here for a good time, but not a long time.

Outta my control.

The individual who chose to drive is having second thoughts.

I will get to NH anyway soon, gotta go see my mother in Mass.

trouble,

nice meeting you and the missus tonight.  Brian was glad he got to play with Dalia for a little while, before be banished back to the car.  Stella is sorry she missed you by about 15 minutes.

Enjoy the rest of the time here, there, or wherever you end up.  [thumbsup]

Likewise, tell Stella we'll be back.

Dalia in tow.

:)

You really think Nebraska is better than Kansas?

[laugh] On my cross-country trips, Kansas was flat, yeah, but worse was the fact that it was one gigantic thunderstorm with make the beast with two backsin' Biblical deluge after Biblical deluge.  In fact, the last time I avoided Kansas altogether. I went south in Colorado through the OK panhandle, on to Amarillo and hopped on I40.  The previous time I went through Kansas and that was the hardest rain I have ever seen.  :o

Wife has made her mind up that the trip will end here in Denver. It's been kinda hard on the puppy and we're not even half way yet and would have to turn around in a week and do it again.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.
