I dislike cats (yes, hate me now), but the one cat I would own is a Savannah Cat. Servel and domestic short hair

Should be interesting.

They are beautiful. When I purchase my Chartreux years ago, I only bought the cat but the breeder maintained the "rights" to breed him once and I got a kitten for his "services". Unfortunately, the first time I left him for breeding, he and the female became best friends and would sit side by side watching tv but never did anything else.

$700 total, not 400+700. They do this because you can make money off of breeding them. Designer cats are slowly starting to catch up with the whole designer dog thing. At least with the general public. Many of these cats are highly intelligent. You can teach them commands, they like to be walked. Many of them like to play in water. Check out this breeder, they have some really cool cats if you have a small fortune.

(I'm not sure if I even agree with the creation of some of these breeds since you have to take wild creatures out of their natural habitat to breed them with domestics. I'd love a bengal or savannah, but I've yet to find one from a shelter.)

Bun-bun, looks like you are gonna have one rad kitty. I've never heard of this type of cat so thanks for giving me a new subject to research.
