me = broke my right collar bone in 2 places
bike = broke display bent brake lever cracked right tank skin and scratched just about everything on the bike. Road it home.
lessons confirmed = all the gear all the time.
lessons learned = dont loose focus EVER!

Glad you ok, What is it with this year? Seems like alot more riders are going down and some even worse. I for one think that this should be the last post of this kind for the season.

Yikes!  I am glad you are ok and that you were able to ride it home.

really sorry to hear about your accident. what are they saying about the collarbone? surgery? make sure your shoulder is good too.. hard to tell with a broke collarbone, but i had additional damage that wasn't discovered when i broke mine.

big troubled... sorry to hear about your bike...what is your insurance saying?

Man. It's been a rough summer for the DMF.
Im almost glad I haven't been riding as much as I'd like to.
