Ok, not 100% complete.  ;)

Missing heel gaurds on S pipes
Missing the 2x M10x1.0 threaded plugs
Missing the upper heat shield to the top muffler

Includes:
Oxygen sensor
Udder
Vertical pipe & clamp
mufflers
Muffler mounting bracket
S pipes & clamps
2x mounting brackets to lower rear of engine

Perhaps the seller doesn't feel like shipping the mofo anywhere...  And a mod?  Here in the SoCal board?  Where are you going to find one of those?
