Just got my new exhaust back from Mark at MotoCreations and damn he did a killer job.  I pretty much sent him my DP headers and he did the rest.  Everything fit together great.  I was amazed at how well Mark was able to bring the extensions and tips together without actually having the bike there to fit.  He called it "eyeball engineering".  I call it skill and experience.  Either way, the finished goods speak for themselves.  He is also spot on with the baffling.  This is the best my bike has ever sounded (and that includes having spent all of that $$$ on my Termi's).  Very loud, but not overpowering.  Sounds really cool at idle and the growl is vicious on decel.  No popping, cracking, or any annoying sounds.  Not what you would expect out of a little S2R800.  If I can figure out how, I will post a sound clip later.  Anyway, here are some pics.  More to come when I get my bike clean and the belly pan and other stuff back on.
Big  waytogo to Mark and www.motocreations.com.  If you are in the market for an exhaust.  You should check out the Boomtubes.  If they are anything close to what he made me, you will not be disappointed.

They look great! Just how loud are they in comparison to the Termis you had?

Looks great!  But I have to admit that I am a little partial to the touch of popping (for some reason rip-snorting comes to mind) on decel that my SC does.  Wink

Louder.
Not near as muffled sounding (I guess that is to be expected).  Very unique.
I like the sound better.  I am gonna take my bike to the shop this week and let them have a shot at tuning the motor to the new exhaust.  Not sure if it will make a difference, but I will post a sound clip after (assuming I can figure out how to post a sound clip on here).  I would have had one up sooner, but took off to the beach last week for vacation.
