Damn I'm hungry.  Trying to eat something that isn't terrible for me (done well....lost 20 lbs the last few months on diet alone).  Have a BAD craving for some quality red meat (not available this time of night) or SPICY chinese food.

While puppy was coming out of his medically induced sedated state, I snuck out and had 3 Blue Moon, truffle oil and parmesan french fries and a sashimi salad which had a bad taste and texture.  Waiting to see if it'll hit me later.  Hopefully not.  But the fries and Blue Moon and the company:

spicy chinese food? if u can find a quality chinese food palce, get some singapore noodles. its dry tossed so theres not much fat in it compared to others, btu chinese food is not what u want to eat at night if u are hungry. water is....

Pork tenderloin roasted on the big green egg, zucchini and tomato with herbs (all from the garden) topped with Parmesan Reggiano, green salad (of course, from the garden) and Lagunitas IPA   Oh followed by espresso, of course.

Tonight: Smoked pork ribs, jalapeno baked beans, and asparagus

Last night was taco night. I made some cilantro and lime rice to go with it.

I ended up eating some crappy general's chiken.....felt guilty/bad afterwards...and woke up 2 hours later hungry again lol.

Went to a baseball game last night and had me some BBQ pork over spicy sausage sandwich + garlic fries!

It was a tough decision but not including my own entry, I think this is the winner for page one.  Second is the tacos with cilantro and lime rice.   This is my new favorite thread.
