05 620, 13.2 K miles, low idle, I'd backed bleed screws about a full turn to keep it from stalling.
Been idling ~850rpm.
Bike starts (needed a little idle lever when motor cold)  and runs fine.
TB sync in the future but I needs more tools for that.

I wasn't positive which idle screw to adjust - there's a slotted, headless screw inboard and a hex head screw on the fast idle assembly, I chose the former.
TPS was easy to locate on the outside of the left throttle body, held by two T20 torx heads.
Measured ~230mV with idle screw backed all the way out - probed two outer wires in  connector above TPS.
BTW the idle adjust jamb nuts and TPS slot had blue paint gobbed on- likely still at factory settings - bike probably only ever got oil and chain service before I bought this March @9K mi.
Set  TPS = 160mV, adjusted idle screw to 460mV, I'll get a chance to lower it later - assume 150mV & 434mV are ideal settings (haven't seen lots of specifics for 5.9ECU).
That set my idle near 2K, turned bleeder screws all the way in and out 1/4 turn.
Plugged the disconnected evap canister TB tee which was hanging in the breeze, before this would drop my idle too low.
Idle now sits at 1200.

I recently checked valve clearances and I'll be adjusting before the end of season, openers OK at ~.004", closers a tad loose at .002"+ to .003".
Just received a EMS shim kit from DT.

Man it's a PITA getting the airbox out, think it's time to mount that capacitor to something else.

Coming soon, brake & clutch fluid flush.

Isn't 5.9 and 5AM similar ECU? If so, isn't TPS reset via software, NOT voltmeter?

Voltmeter for my 04 620.  150 and 434 are ideal.  I did it the poor man's way and just set it to 434 at idle without setting/resetting idle adjustment screws on TB linkage.  Definitely runs better. I'll be doing it the long way as soon as it's not 114 degrees here in Arizona.  TB synch really smoothed it out.

That may be, I haven't the software handy to do so - VDST?
All references I have point to the physical resetting of TPS with closed butterfly's to output 150mV.
If the system was designed to reset whatever reference is there to be closed throttle setting, and if TPS output is linear, I can see that.

The 450mV (160mV ref) turned out to be kinda high, 1250 - 1300 rpm when fully warmed up so I dropped idle some, will see where I end up - am able to get a 9/23 on the jamb nut without pulling the airbox, and dropped some blue LOCTITE duh on it.

Any and all discussion welcome, I am without (direct) dealer support and like to know where the 'within a row of assholes' line crosses the 'down to the knat's ass' line.

The Duc runs great, prefer to keep it that way as opposed to getting it back to that way.
