Certainly hope they dont find out who the owner was.  They only want to prosecute him for this BS.

Meh, I would've just added a second stake to the other side and poured honey on him for the ants.

i don't get it.  the owner pulled the stake out of the guy.

might have saved his life.  they should give him a medal for restraint.

make the beast with two backsing idiot PC bullshit.

i like the honey suggestion.  it shows creativity and a sense of levity in justice.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

To respond to your post: you never remove an item that is impaled in a body. The Dr's. do that.

From my understanding, if one were say, stabbed, and it nicked something important like an artery, well, the blade may be the only thing staunching the flow. One should not remove the object, as the subjecy may then bleed out more quickly.

If the motorcyclist in question knew this or not, may become relevant.
