Can you dig it?

I knew i'd seen this bike before.  That is Frank Masscho's bike from Belgium:

another pic with Frank on it.  It's a Pantah 500 engine/frame, custom fibreglass tank, race bump seat.  A lot is actually stock from the P500.

i have some more.. it is from a bike show in Antwerp, he does custom bikes in Belgium... very cool stuff.. i'll try to dig them up..

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Definitely gonna have to add to the stable.....or thin the herd to get 1

I think I spoke too soon, the pics were on my laptop and the hard drive died after my 18mo son played drums on the keyboard (he was 18mo at the time).  I usually made backups of the drives, I just have to find the disks...  not a priority but if I find it I will post them.

Frank did custom bikes, mostly Ducatis.  I think he was actually a professor or librarian or something and this was his side passion.  That particular job (the Pantah 500 cafe) was my favorite at the show.

If anyone wonders why I would go to europe to go to a motorcycle rally/swapmeet, just look at these pics, but don't tell my wife:

hahaha no, they usually have a full-on manufacturer show in one part and a swap meet outside separately!

you buy separate tickets for them, but they really go all out!
