Almost debt free

I paid off my student loans this year, my wife's employer will pay hers off by the end of next month (law and medical school is $$$), no car payments, credit card got cut in half about a year ago and we just use Amex and pay it every month.  We will pay off the house by the end of the year.

I am nervous.  I think I need to go shopping for a Ferrari.

GRANDMA has only two grandkids and they both emanated from my loins. 

Not to mention, boy is already reading a little (he's 23 make the beast with two backsing months old?) and can count to 10 in 2 languages.  He is gonna get whizbang scholarships... I just have to make sure he doesn't turn into an evil genius..

You need to go buy a house you can't afford...  New cars you can't afford...  max out you credit cards...
