ST4S remote ride height?

Does anyone have some good info regarding the remote ride height adjuster for the ST4S and Multistrada?  What is the baseline setting?  I have played with the settings but not sure I am happy with the results so far.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I know there are some ST riders here.

I'm not an ST rider, but I believe that adjustment is remote 'preload' for the spring.

You need to set sag for your weight, and can add to the preload to adjust for a passenger.
