I'm looking for Ohlins springs that will fit my 43mm Showa forks off of my 2007 S2R1000. I've seen maybe one or two articles of Monsters having this setup but with no contact info. I've called around some dealers but they never got back to me. I've left PPS a voice message too. Has anyone here done this or know what part number to use? If so are they drop in without spacers?

And no I do not want to use Racetech. No thanks. Let's just leave it at that.  Thank you.

i dont know if they have ohlins springs, but i know you can drop the fork internals from an SBK into our forks. that was the previous setup i had on my M900.

I think they will be the same ones as the S4 type

Ohlins makes a special kit for Showa forks.  I am not sure if that includes springs or not...  Basically you ship your forks to Ohlins USA and they will fill them full of Ohlins goodies.

I was hoping to avoid spending tons of cash. I just want my S2 setup so it does not bottom out.  [bang]

I got Ohlins springs for my sbk forks I put on my monster. They were from a 748. I don`t think they are better than racetech ot traxxion as long as they are the right weight and the oil is set at the proper height.

I have Ohlins internals inside the forks of my M1000s which I am pretty sure had adjustable Showas orginally.  The job was done by DucShop in Atlanta.  The forks were sent there to have the work done.  I've heard of others doing the same thing.  You might want to contact them.
