By the way, there is no way in hell that you will be at the base of Ojai by 8:35 if you are to meet up at 8:00 in Ventura.  By the time you wait for all to arrive, gas up and roll out, see you at the Ojai station at 9!

it's a 30 minute "speed limit" ride from the 8:00 to 8:35 meetup. i was hoping to avoid ~20 minutes of standing around trying to figure out of people had flaked or were just running late. if you miss 8am (by much), just head for the ojai station.

Nearly every year (other than the one when the Ducati was in hundreds of pieces) we've gone from here (or SB) to SF, and I've never seen this kinda planning!!  Yous guys are dedicated!!!

We are in the middle of a move just now, but hopefully at the end of summer... And of course Fem-Moto and mayhap the Fem-Moto Trackday...  Don't know if we should bring one bike or two, it's confusing.  We are considering, if we don't head north, to jump into this ride, but I don't know where/how we'd stay etc etc...

Day trip, day loop...so if there are any lurkers that want to join this trip, I'd be happy to ride with you and help follow the bread crumb trail back home.

there is also an 8am breakfast meetup at eggs n' things across the street from the gas station in ojai. at least 1 person will be there.

Haahaa!!  We always called it Eggs'n'Shit.  It's pretty good, just a funny name.  Have you even been to Cafe Emporium in Ojai?  I think the food there is a little better still.  Though both are good.

Just bring some deodorant & your toothbrush  I'll take care of the rest.  Depending on how many people actually show up on Sat. you'll either be in a bed or a sleeping bag on a couch with a nice roof over your head.  If anybody likes to rough it, they can sleep outside on a lounge chair on the deck

BTW, guys, the Luxury Hotel'n'Gas at the Rice offramp was bulldozed about 6 months ago.
