Does anyone know if generic passenger rearsets on a jap sport bike will fit the SSS monster?

with no exahust in the way it looks a bit odd.

I'm in the process of doing this.  It seems that ones from 04-05 gsx-r 600-750 line up.  A spacer will be needed for one of the holes as the mounting brackets on the frame is not flush.  The exhaust hanger will need to be chopped off, but that's easy enough.

And, they are symmetrical left to right.  [thumbsup]

Yea they are! Thanks for the info. Do you have any idea of they are long enough? I sat on the rear and if they were any higher, my  back would cramp up on longer rides....this comming from a short person. lol

Also ive seen some Ducati ST4/SS that look like they might fit too. I emailed the guy about the eyelets. If they fit, and are long enough i rather go with them because the jap ones look a bit short.

When you get yours, let me know. Ill PC them for you (for free) when I do mine.  [thumbsup].

Hmm, I wasn't even thinking about the length.  [laugh]

Yeah, that will be her problem though!   [laugh]

I don't think the st pegs will clear my exhaust pipes.  :-\

It's bad enough when the cupcake on the yamisuzkida bikes looks like s/he is squatting to take a dump on a japanese toilet. Do you really want your passenger looking like that too?  :P
ErkZ NOT in SLO w/ his '95 m900!
The end is in sight! Gotta buckle down and get to work!
