new bars, questions about controls/forks

I recently (kind of) swapped forks to showa's from an S4.  The bars conflict with the fork adjusters.  I was considering the suburban machinery bars, but it seems like my coffin reservoirs and adjustable forks aren't congruent with their bars.

Anyone know a solution for these bars with coffins and adjustable forks?

If you rotate your bars forward, will they clear the adjusters?  Otherwise, I'd guess you'd have to get bar risers or go with clip-ons.
