v sad. That rear rim was well our of shape.

noticed a multi in the background....was this from a Ducati club ride perhaps ? any more to the story ? rider ok ?

Looks like Steve and Sue Frew from DocVic in the background.  I think I may know who's bike this is.  If it is he was pretty sore around the ribs and elbows for a week or two but nothing serious and was planning on buying the new 1198 with the insurance money.  waytogo

yeah, that's one thing with limited editions...when you know only 400 (as an example) are produced....you start seeing how many go each year

Very sad about the bike but lucky he walked away. Could have been much worse
