I did something similar to that tank.  Unfortunately, it happened in the dark and my camera sucked.  So, no pics.  Anyway, we were backing into a hide and, unbeknown to me there was a trench dug through the copse of trees.  The trench was perpendicular to the track and we went right over.  The track was pretty much sitting on the back bumper and standing straight up.  Scared the shit out of me when I flew forward and smacked my grill on the TC's hatch.  Needless to say, we didn't drive out.  Took our recovery track and one from another battery to get it out without it rolling over.  Not fun at the time but kinda funny.
