I have a CW kit and although I like it better than the very large fender my 696 came with I don't love it.  Does anyone have an Evotech?  Does it hold a plate from the states or is it for the larger European plates?  Do the stock turn signals work with it?  If anyone is using it can you post a picture?  I did a search and didn't get much info.

Thanks for your help,

hi jsd2. jst had mine fitted with evotech last week. unfortunately haven't had any time to get new snaps. box comes with a single piece molded Al plate with all the fixtures required. fit is undoubtedly neat.
Number plate comes with extra adapters, think that should fix any country number plate on. Gives the tidy look at almost half the price of DP. worked wonders for me applause

Took me almost 4 hours to get it right. Follow the instructions provided by evo. removing the OEM was pretty easy. 15 min.  Detach the main harness (found just under LH seat bolt) and swapping the OEM seat lock, tail lt and indicators will be pretty easy.  I wish evotech could jst crimp the tail light wires with the terminals provided. I had to get mine crimped from the workshop. I suggest using a water proof tape (fibreglass) to cover all the connectors to avoid any water ingress. Found them congested with debri. I had to spend some time getting the harness covered and properly secured to the base plate.

there was just one minor glitch with the kit installation manual. i had to install two washers under each of the screws which hold the seat latch. i have circled these in this pic. rest is piece of cake.

You mean the 696 or 1100S?

Rizduc, I bought mine from Ebay, Desmoporsche. 120 USD.

i have one of these can't rate them highly enough easy to fit and they look great
its also worth noting that they are made from aluminium so no major future corrosion issues
took 4 hours to fit, make sure you circle the seat release cable neatly
(avoiding the rear bolts when you tighten it down) and it fits easy as cake

If you fit a number plate on it try the good as nails tape adhesive its weather resistant (says it can be used outside)
and heat and cold resistant it also holds up to 50kgs in weight eliminating the need for nasty screws / bolts

The company also have a free t shirt if you order atm i had to get a medium as they ran out of large
i gave it to the wife. She will never wear it,  but its something for nothing i guess  waytogo

These fit the 696 and 1100 too

Finally installed it yesterday.  Fit and finish is great.  In my opinion easier to install than the CW kit as it is all one piece.  It is nice to have the seat lock back on the side although it is still in a bad place because of the hot pipe is only inches away but better than underneath on the CW.  The CW kit tucks the plate under the bike a little better and pulls the signals in a little but overall I am very happy with the Evotech.  The only problem is the light for the license plate is very weak.  I will post a couple pictures next week.  I am having my Termis installed on Tuesday (I will get the pics after Tuesday) which unfortunately will be about a month before I have to put it away for the winter.

Thanks for your help,
