Float bowl adjustment M900

Hi,

I've been trying long and hard to figure out how to adjust my float bowl height. I understand mm measurements but I don't know where to measure from.

Can someone help me out with this? Pictures would be awesome as I've talked to several people over the phone and just don't get it.
