You could always ask Big T or Six95 what size tooth brushes they use, they have some pretty clean bikes.
I use the soft bristle tooth brush with the extra reach.....

Seriously it is easy to do your self........
Bucket of warm water with wax car wash....
Paint (tooth) brushes of various sizes to get into all the nooks and crannies.....
Soft cotton damp rag (to wipe where water probably shouldn't go)......
Hose with trigger nozzle on "shower" (to gentle hose off the soapy wash).....
Leaf blower set on blow.....
Soft and cuddle towel (to wipe the virgins down....)......
Mr Sheen applied with cotton jocks (washed first of course).....
Do a section of the bike at a time starting at the top (careful where you spray soap/water hence the "Soft cotton damp rag").....
Use leaf blower to remove water from all the nooks and crannies (carefully).....
Towel off (the virgins love this bit).....
Apply Mr Sheen to all surfaces (excluding brakes of course...) and shin up with the jocks (makes removing road crap easier in the future as well)....
Sit back and admire your work (after a few hours work) over a nice Chai Latte......
