Yes, the initial BCS rankings will be very interesting. Neither Florida or Texas looked particularly dominating. I'm guessing that Iowa moves into the picture. With Georgia Tech beating VaTech, you would think that the Yellow Jackets may slip in, too, My Trojans will be in the top group, I'm sure.

Alabama is sure to be #1.

Weren't the Buckeyes supposed to win out the rest of the year? That's what I kept hearing...

Well I make the beast with two backsing thought so.  That is why I drove 4 make the beast with two backsing hours to go to Purdue to be there to see the beat down in person.  make the beast with two backs Pryor,  he should have been benched.  4 make the beast with two backsing turnovers by him alone,  also the offensive line blows my dick.  We lose 2 more games easily.

Looks like FL is still #1

sorry for your loss, Jay, but I was rooting for Purdue. They needed an upset like that.

Ouch for OSU.

That loss to Purdue about puts them out of BCS contention.

Did you find Rock Bottom on 86th in Indy?

Oh boy...you should hear all the crying going on around here today...Iowa shuld be top 5!  :'(

Shut up you make the beast with two backsing babies! Iowa is now and always will be a mediocre team and with the Big Ten blowing goats this season, they have yet to face anything even remotely resembling a BCS top 5 team.

And while my Wolverines ain't the best thing out there, I am still commited...or maybe should be commited?

Wish Florida would have lost and OK would have held on...would have made for some interesting shit up top...

For some strange reason, I prefer 'BAMA being #2. Can't explain it.

It was nice to see Arkansas put an inordinate amount of pressure on the Gators. I hope that plants a little seed of doubt that will grow if 'BAMA gets to play them in the SEC Championship. The only bump in the road for us is LSU... Les Miles being the luckiest man in college football and all. Gawd, I hate the Bayou Bengals.  [bang] [bang]

Apparently the Bucks read it too, and didn't bother to show up for the game. I'm glad they lost (and I'm an OSU grad), playing like that! Let Purdue have a little happiness!  Pryor would have had two more interceptions, if the Purdue defenders could have held onto the ball. It was like he was throwing with his eyes closed.

I usually gives college coaches the benefit of the doubt for the first 3 years. Once their recruiting class is playing, then they have no excuses.

Interesting and kinda funny article from the Seattle Times that ranks the football strength of the major conferences.

#1 - SEC

#2 - PAC-10
