Navy-Missouri was more entertaining, mainly because of the uniqjue Navy offense. I think you will see more teams running the option stuff in the next few seasons: Football is cyclic and it's going to swing back to a run-oriented style again.

I agree.  I love watching Navy play b/c of that offense.

strong game for OSU. Pryor appears to be developing similarly to Vince Young, who also broke loose in the Rose Bowl after his sophomore yr. Tressel let him play, and Pryor managed to not make many major mistakes. He could be scary next yr if his passing continues to improve.

That was a great game. Pryor was the difference for sure. Oregon dared him to beat them and he did. I agree he could be very good if he continues to pass that well. Good job by the OSU defense as well.

I'm a little drunk right now so no long post but this win feels make the beast with two backsing great.  Oregon and all the Pryor not being a complete QB haters can suck his make the beast with two backsing dick.  Dude had 100 yds more than Oregon's offense by himself.  They had no idea what to do with a defense as good as Ohio State and had a good game plan to make TP beat them in the air which he had no problem doing.  The score doesn't show OSU dominated this game since our shitty kicking and kick coverage teams gave Oregon the ball at the 45-50 every make the beast with two backsing possession I really thought they we're going to give away the game.  Devier Posey gets better every game can't wait to see what happens next year between him and TP.

Can't wait for the '10 season.  Top 5 ranking and run to a National Championship here we come.

My hat goes off to the Buckeyes...this was the year for the big ten in bowl games.  Even a stopped clock is right twice a day you know...

Very good team...beat by a slightly better team. 

BSU has to finish the season #2. This year they went 14-0, beat one of the teams that made it to the Rose Bowl, and beat the #4 BCS team in the Fiesta Bowl. No one, except the winner of the National Championship game, will also be undefeated this season. No way that a team with a loss should finish ahead of them.

So then you think they're better than Florida and either Texas or Alabama? I disagree, undefeated or not. I suspect bsu will finish either 3 or possibly 2, but I don't personally think they're better than the 4th best team in the country.

Hard to say. Most people thought Oklahoma was going to crush them as well a couple years ago. Until there is a playoff when it can be decided for sure, it's all speculation.

The fact is...they went undefeated, and beat 2 teams that made it to a BCS bowl game in the process. They've won 2 of the last 4 Fiesta Bowls. They are for real. It would be lame if a team with a loss finished ahead of them just because someone thought they would beat them.

edit...hard to say if they are better than Florida, Texas, or Alabama. But I'm sure they would give them all a game...so they are on par with them.

So what? They're a better team now. My point was for several years now people have been saying they can't hang with the established programs. They continue to prove they can. If the BCS people weren't such asshats, scheduling BSU to play TCU this year then they would have had their chance to prove themselves against someone like Florida.

It's funny how people just can't fathom that a school new to the scene might actaully be good...despite their results.
