Hollywood celebrities / Entertainment and sports that I met  =  0

Couldn't care less.

Never understood the fascination with people getting autograph signatures of celebrities or other famous people.  Sounds ridiculous to me.

These were just at Indy during the MotoGP weekend...talked for at least a few minutes with each one unless noted...

Valentino Rossi (He busted out laughing when I said "Il Maestro!" and bowed to him)
Jorge Lorenzo
Colin Edwards
James Toseland
Nicky Hayden
Gabor Talmesci
Chris Vermulen
Loris Capirossi (Hi5ed me on his way past on his scooter but never had a chance to talk to him so I guess doesn't count)
Andrea Dovisioso
Randy Depuniet
Marco Simoncelli
Hiroshi Aoyama
Hector Barbera
Alvaro Bautista (actually, he just stood next to me to pee in the men's room...I said good luck tomorrow to him as he was washing his hands)

Kevin Schwantz
Randy Mamola
Scott Russell
King Kenny (although he was more pushing his way around me cutting through the Yamaha hospitality area while grumbling about someone)
Kel Carruthers...talked to the guy for a good 30 minutes straight.
Larry Pegram (but he periodically shows up at NESBA track days and recognized me so it doesn't really count)

Others at different times:
Patrick Dempsey (was at Iowa Speedway with whichever series he was driving in at the time and I was there to watch the Moto ST series race)
Clint Eastwood while he was here filming Bridges of Madison County
Kevin Costner twice once during filmin of Dances With Wolves and during filming for Field of Dreams
Laurence Fishburne
Ozzie Smith
Willy McGhee
Kirby Puckett
Chris Carter
Randy Moss

^

what'd you think of Dempsey?

I've hung out with a bunch of times as he is associated with an IRL Team which my friend drives for, so he comes to some races.

I had him cracking up a few years back. If my buddy would have gotten a top 5 at the 500 that year, he was going to do the African Ant Eater Ritual for me........

I liked him. He was very normal actually. Didn't come across as common celebrity ego.

That's what I thought of him too.

He likes to disguise himself while at races too.

I was rolling already, so I didn't even see her.

My buddy said: " Ummm... *no*."

Kid Rock, 2008. Indianapolis Motor Speedway Carb Day. Became friends with Lincoln Park's Manager, who managed Bobby (Kid Rock) and was just starting to manage him again. Got to hang out with Kid on his tour bus afterwards. He was pretty cool and he only drinks Peroni  waytogo

2006 Indianapolis 500 on the grid with Patrick Dempsey

I think this was the 2005 Indianapolis 500. Russell was there because my buddy's car had Heartland Film Festival Sponsorship and Russell was  involved with it. He was really nice.

I spent a weekend at a hotel and kept bumping into Joe Estevez (Martin Sheen's brother). Alex Vincent wanted to fight me (he's the guy who was the little kid in the first two child's play movies) because I blew up his spot with some girl through my karaoke styles (long story). I watched my friend haggle with Nikolai Volkoff for almost 5 minutes over the price of an autographed 8x10. That's the kind of (non)celebrity encounters that fill my life.
