too much for that kinda headache....I feel bad for the guy and all...but I think for a no title hokeyness, $3K is the highest I'd personally go...but maybe that is just me....too bad he doesn't have all the race bits that are in the initial picture on it still.

I don't think you can get a running 675 for $3k
That's about the price they're fetching with salvage titles, or no title.
This one just happens to have really low mileage.

You could only use it on a track.
Not necessary to resolve it unless you want it on the street.
