Not sure if this is a derby, but i've been looking for a Germany based engine shop and I found this.

Technical description Ducati 2 V Demon


1. Fuel tank in the middle of the bike. Under the steering head, above the lying cylinder. Load 53% front and 47% rear.

2. Changed 999 framework with screwed on alloy rear frame (cnc machined) for rear shock mounting

3. Under-Seat and Under-Engine exhaust system. Same volume and identical pipe length for both cylinders!

4. Self-supporting seat

5. Half fairing with air channels for cooling the vertical cylinder

6. Öhlins front fork and rear shock fully adjustable

7. Swingarm axle adjustable

8. Free programmable injection system with 50mm butterfly valves
