Just for kicks I went back and looked at ToB and there was a lingering thread in CAM from Austin asking if anyone was still on there.  A newer name had piped in and wondered the same.  Time and Gene had provided their contact info, but I piped in let them know the name of this board.

Today I went back to check on my post to see if it had been edited.  It hadn't - nope.  Just erased completely.

I had some good, non DMF info in there too about MAD and wednesday nights. Guess VS can't be deal with any sort of competition...

That was the last nail in the coffin for me - The tech section is dead - I always enjoy those threads.  CAM is dead and everything else seems to have devolved into pissing contests.    It's a smoldering waste land over there... the DML is truly dead, Long Live DMF.

I had sent a very polite email to VS, rather than posting something confrontation, regarding why they will not allow any competition.  I have never even gotten an auto-acknowledgement that they received my email.
