I've been following this story since it came to light earlier this week. Such a shame. It was interesting that they reviewed the surveillance footage from the building and didn't find anything. Makes sense now that they found "remains" in a wall.

I am very interested to see who they found going into the building during that time frame.....

First instinct would be the fiancee but he apparently is a grad student at NYU; guess we'll have to see his alibi, but he has got to be smarter than that.

It's just another sad story..............

Seems like they have the guy based on what they said in the article. However, they have to link him physically to the crime which I am sure won't be hard.

She probably has his DNA under her finger nails if she indeed fought back as the article makes it seem. Hell, if she fought back to cause noticeable damage, there is probably blood too.

Yea they sound like the type PETA would want to help out..
I am equally convinced that the NRA will be putting up bail for gang bangers arrested for carrying fully automatic guns.

I thought that too, but the New Haven police chief when responding to that question said:
