Also note that the 64th UN General Assembly started yesterday with High Level Meetings taking place on 22-24 September. A ton of heads of state will be in, including Obama, the Chinese President for the first time, and Khaddafy. First Ave should be shut down by Sunday and all streets leading to 1st Ave around the UN will be closed or tied up.

Everything will be tied up as he stays at the Waldorf and runs all over town. 42nd and 57th streets have a lane in the middle open for escorts and emergency vehicles, tying up everything else.

anyone know what the deal with downtown brooklyn was today? i spent 30 mins riding in a circle to figure out where i can go.
