I fouind a pretty good deal on a 2000 Triumph TT 600. it looks pretty good in pictures, and may have the TOR carbon fiber exhaust. The owner says the bike has 18,000 miles, and has new wheels and tires. (he said he hit a brick and damaged both wheels, however he did not go down. (he seems honest) He also says the engine light is on, but the bike runs good. I have read on the bike a little bit, and it seems to have got bad press however the owners on the RAT forum seem to love them. Also wha twould you pay?

nothing, unless the cause of the engine light was resolved.

aside from that, the people i've known that owned one were happy with them. they were comparable with (some say copied from) the cbr600 of around the same time.

Capable little bike, but not up for a fight compared to the Jap bikes of it`s time, local tech here say they don`t have any problems if looked after waytogo

If it has an engine light on, and he doesn't care enough to fix it before selling it, I would wonder how good of shape it really is in.

I agree. The running over the brick thing scares me...if it was hard enought to ruin the rimes, I am scared about the frame.
