while i would never do this to a cat (mainly out of fear of the cat freaking out and ripping my arms apart), i definitely laughed.
it might seem lowlife to us... but to some 13-16 year old kid who probably did this... it's probably just a case of "boys will be boys."

who amongst us hasn't shot at a squirrel with a BB gun, or something along those lines...
i understand it's different because this is/was someones PET, but i think people are overreacting a bit... let's focus our efforts on finding the rapists and dealers first..
