Moto Morini Files For Bankruptcy.  It's sad they never made it back to the U.S.  I would have loved to see several of their bikes over here.  I think their current bikes were beautiful.

That's a pity, I always hoped to see the brand here in the US.
Maybe some deep pockets from the East will save them, that seems to be the way these days

Yea, that's a damned shame.  They were producing some very interesting product as of late.  I would have bought one had I the $$$.  Beautiful stuff in my book.

That frame reminds me a lot of of the SV frame especially when it's painted white.

Rumors of Moto Morini's demise may be a little too early.  Hopefully they will successfully exit their bankruptcy.  I guess we will know in a couple of years.

I cant recall if it was ever "official", but a friend of mine had one in the mid-80s.  Sweet little bike...500cc IIRC.

I remember seeing one of these in the window at a shop, late 70's.

I saw the 500 cc version of this bike at the Italian Motofest in Shepardstown, WV this Sunday. It was for sale.

The current Moto Morinis have not been brought over to the U.S.  They are available in Europe and Japan.

Their logo looks like a WWII era german war eagle.
