The fugly canister that's tied into the air box for emissions is gone.  Should I pull the hose and plug the air box? the hose runs to the underside of my airbox on my S4R, 2006 model year.

Thanks.

there are at least 2 boxes connected to your airbox related to "emissions"..  the pcv breather box and the charcoal canister for evaporative emissions.

either one you need to plug the hole if you remove the suction tube as it is on the clean side of the filter.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.
