Clonazepam is a better anxiety med I've found than Xanax.

1 Mg. 4 X a day

No taking xanax anymore, moved Clonazepam, longer acting and works better for me too.

I am working on my dosing now, as I just started but I think 1mg 3x a day will be the ticket.

These "medical" conditions never existed until the drugs to treat them were invented.  ;)

Right.  Back then we had exorcism, expulsion from the community and burning at the stake to deal with them.
