Selling local if anyone needs one.

I used one (well, two) when living in NYC and I'd swear by it.  Once it's drilled in, it's not moving.  The anchors are the expanding type and if you also put JB Weld down the holes like I did, that shit isn't going anywhere without a jackhammer.
