Does anyone have a better idea about what to plug the end of a chopped tail than a rubber cap ?? Links of cool nice metal ends or something?

I used spent 10 gauge shotgun shells
they just slip in snug as anything and polish up well

I bought some chrome bullet shaped license plate screws from an HD store and put some well nuts on them to secure into the frame.

I have the desmoworld ones also and they are very nice product. They are pricey though once you factor in shipping from Germany.

Corsair Industries also makes some and while I have never seen them in person I have purchased some other things from them and been very pleased with the service and the product.

What kind of frame are you talking about?

10 gauge would be way too big for any Monster frame I've ever seen.

I can't remember which we used on Jobu's bike, but it was either 12 or 20 gauge.

Yeah 20ga, it'd be a waste of a rare 10ga shell.

I've got some of the Desmoworld.de plugs, in gold, they look great!

3/4 inch copper plumbing caps work well.  I did mine in black, but you could easily paint/coat them whatever color you want.  I also had to grind off the engraved lettering, but you can't see it once the powdercoat filled in the gaps.
