Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

I think that's out of the budget range.  Fun though, true that.

Oh yeah!... waytogo

Almost bought one of those from Cycle Sport a few years back, but Brett wouldn't give me the discount I wanted on a 1 1/2 year old floor model...

I actually looked at that SV1000S on Hickam thru the owner...but it was before I had sold the 675!!!

It had been on CL for about 3 weeks at $4700 with no serious offers.  Owner told me it could be mine for 4K...but I couldn't move on it!  It's really pretty nice.....

I actually like the 954 better...though it's not as clean as the SV

Yep, POS.

A 954, in and of itself, is not necessarily a POS but the one on CL looks like it might be a bit rough.  Pictures aren't that good so who knows until you see it in person but you know that work is needed right off the bat to get a safety check and make it decently rideable.  Just saying that the Suzuki looks cleaner and might give fewer problems. It also makes a nice Ducati like noise too. and might be better for your whole riding style.  But, who am I to say?   Roll Eyes
