Just heard that the McCall/Johnson decision was actually a draw.

Looks like we'll get to watch them duke it out again.

I should have been pissed at McCall engaging the crowd and imploring them to make noise while he banged on his grounded opponent, but somehow it didn't seem like poor sportsmanship.  It seemed like "C'mon, you stupid Aussies! You're not gonna see a better fight than this one anytime soon!  Get off your f'in hands and cheer!"  In that wild fight it just somehow seemed appropriate.  I looked at it like, "If I was that guy on the bottom and he was bashing my face and inciting the crowd, would I be mad?"  and I decided that I wouldn't be.



Now, if that was Chael Sonnen on top doing that - that would be pure douchery.  In that event, he should be banned and sent directly back to jail after being castrated.


But if it's "Uncle Creepy" McCall, I'm good with it.

Any thoughts on the new live format for TUF? 

So far, I'm not a fan.  Also, it seems like there's more drama in the house.  I thought Dana was moving away from that?

I think it's ok so far. I think we will see less house drama due to the format. Since its live and could go three rounds they have to a leave a minimum of 20 minutes of the show for the possibility of three rounds plus time between rounds and the result. The old format allowed them to keep rolling house footage until the last five minutes if they knew they only had a one minute fight to show.

Part of my dislike was Fox.  Why is it on there now?! 
Was Friday's episode..where the fighter's dad died..the second one?

Yep, 2nd one. Last week was 2 hour live premiere. They had to fight to get on the show.

Pretty much. They show the previous weeks training and house drama with a "countdown to live fight," timer in the bottom corner. Then the fight. Fights have been pretty good.
