So... BJJ.

My sister has taken BJJ classes for the last couple of years.

She's a twig of a woman. 5' 10", maybe 130 after a huge meal.

She starts going to BJJ classes.

She's not strong enough to just manhandle anyone, she's got to rely on technique. So she practices. A lot.

At one of the first lessons she went to they had a sort of mini-sparring session at the end to work on techniques they'd covered that day. Problem is, there's no one in her class who would make even a remotely "fair" match. She winds up paired with a guy who is easily 50 lbs heavier and has been taking classes there for a year or so. Needing to show off for his friends and demonstrate that this wee waif of a girl is no match for him, he starts tossing her around basically at will and muscling her into submissions.

After about the 3rd round of this, he gets bored and starts taking longer to acknowledge her "taps," wrenching on the holds just a little bit.

Finally she gets tired of it. She's not learning anything. He's just showing off and feeling his oats. So the next time he ignores one of her taps, she reaches out with her mouth, finds whatever she can get a hold of (turns out to be the inside of the guys upper arm) and chomps down as hard as she can. And drew blood. Through his gi.

Dude threw a hissy fit. Instructor just laughed and told him he deserved it and to stop being a douche bag.

I'm not the largest person in the world, actually pretty close to a midget, but I never found issues like what you described. Most people I rolled with would be patient and would give me tips, but eventually got bored. They were there to learn not to teach. That was my biggest complaint.

She lives in Vegas. The Douche Quotient there is off the charts.

IIRC..Rousey is going to be in the next Expendables movie.  She's an actress now so of course she's going to give us a show.

Jones had his hands full tonight, I didn't see it as unanimous, but that's how the judges voted if. The rematch is gonn be big money.

Amazing how ugly a potentially pretty girl can be when she holds her face that way.
Her protagonist on the other hand, as tough as she is, is beautiful because she has a warmth and nurturing side for her team. That strength is beautiful.
My first boxing coach was one of the toughest men I have known (took out four guys once saving a girl from a rape attack), but was kind and gentle.

You gotta love the happy warrior, a sweetheart.

Rousey has a couple wins now but is still sour. She has to be regretting what this has done for her image. Her douchebag coach needs to shut his mouth.

Been busy but finally saw one fight from this season of TUF.

Can't wait to see Rousey/Tate Fight!

Will have to check out that Bigfoot fight now.
