Coworkers.
«
on:

I've worked with tons of different people. The vast majority I've become friends with or at least have been able to tolerate. Up to this point I've only had 2-3 people that I really didn't like. Not any more. I work with 3 women now that won't SHUT UP nor do they have VOLUME CONTROL. Oh, and if you're not a parent you're worthless as a person and you get treated like an idiot. I have to push the volume up on my headphones to ear damage levels so I don't have to hear them. Non stop, all day long. I LOVE my job but I can't deal with these three anymore. Grrrrrrrrrrrr............
So how are your coworkers? I can't be the only one suffering through a personal hell 8 or more hours a day. Any good stories of people getting their just dues?

I don't play well with others.
Usually work alone.

get a set of shure se earphones with the yellow foamy earpieces and you'll get near-full isolation without having to crank up the volume.

I have a small department.
There are three of us, I am the "boss"
However, I don't treat Kim and Caroline like that. They are equals. They are co-workers. They are model employees. There are no issues with violating rules, sloppy work, etc. They are perfect.
We are more friends than boss/employeee.
Everyone in accounting, with the exception of one guy, can all eat a big fat dick.
They are a bunch of women hating men, and I am not joking.

I own my own business because I don't play well with others either. Left a "good" job with the feds. I had a high GS rating, but still worked in a cube in a small division. There were 6 of us, including the boss, and I was the only guy. My period even got synced up......I left because it was clear my boss never would and she thought it was OK to first try and use her looks and then her tears to work out professional disagreements. Very unprofessional.......

Maybe she needs medication.
It's not even that.
If you have a dick, you are done.
Her department of 15 accountants has 3 men. That's it.
She has no manners, she is rude, she sends nasty emails, etc.
I am good at what I do.
I get instructions from high ups on large payments, one was for 330mil$. It was a bond offering. Lawyers everywhere, timelines, etc.
My part of the deal was making the payment
Amount
SWIFT
IBAN
Account Name
That's it. I do it 30 times a day. It was just more numbers.
She sends some internal email to my boss, her boss, and a few others that pretty much said:
"Jud, All eyes are on me and you for this transaction. It must be executed perfectly and if it isn't, you will more than likely lose your job over it. I doubt you want that, so do it straight"
Are you make the beast with two backsing serious?

Oh and they love to turn their ringers on their cells on max. Seriously, why the hell can't you put your phone on vibrate and save everyone from having to hear that stupid 90's boyband ringtone?

Nice. She's marking her territory as well as pushing off all responsibility. Sounds like a great person to work with. I had a boss like that once. He accepted zero responsibility. It was never his fault. Luckily he screwed up enough they sent him away as the area was too critical to have an idiot in charge of it.
